Mga kurukakanon - pang abre-gana, pan-dulce, pan-singa-singa asin iba pa.
Bako ini so seryosong pagkasabot sa buhay, kundi saro sanang pagmalangmang nin musmos (start of childhood memory). Pinirit ko mananggad ipirong an sakuyang mga mata asin giniromdom an pinakaamay kong nagimat-an sa banwaan kong Caramoan.
An puto kan Caramoan naiiba. Kontra sa ideya kan mga tagalog na igwa man sinda, siring sa saindang nanod-an na putong maputi-on, mahunod na mayomhokon, na linuto sa alisngaw an mapulot na harinang pinatukaw sa hormahan na bilogon na garong kuru-kopita. An puto ni Nam Pediang "Lada" sa puro kan Ili, an hitsura mga matalipning turo-tabla. Gisik an pakaluto sa agonan na nakaparelya. An produktong ini an naging simbolo ning "pambalik" (pasalubong) kan mga Caramoanon sa mga haraning tawo sa saindang boot na saindang padumanan sa balyo kan dagat, halimbawa Naga o Manila, an duwang bantog na destinasyon kan mga nagralayas na Caramoanon kan panahon. An pag order kaini - ginatos. An kadakling para-order nin pambalik, preparado na sa pagtao nin basyong lata tanganing magayon man an "packaging". Pigpakirhay ni Nam Pedia an mga puto nin patirindog, puwes, duduonan an bilog na takop kun sasaradohon, susugaton nin gatab an ngilit kan takop kun aabrehon.
An marka Sotes. Harina, pitong sugok, vanilla, lebadura, asukar, margarina. Hinaralo-halo, tinidor sana ngani an pambate kan panahon. Ipighorma sa ginurunting asin binilog na manila paper dangan ilun-og sa koron na may upas, ta paalisngawan nin init hastang bumuk-ad an arim-poro. An gulinda kan binuk-adan iyo an parteng mahamison ta may budbod nin tiprik na asukar. An produktong ini an espesyal na pamahawan na nakapuesto kina-pyestahe kan Mayo otso sa Caramoan. An pag-order sa marka sotes dai puede an hiridalian.
Kadakol an tatao maggibo nin marka sotes sa Caramoan. An katampad ming harong sa Ili, an pag-iribang pamilya na Gilay Ata, gurang na daragang - Nang Kinang asin Manay Doring na Delloro. Iyo man Si May Saling na Padua. Alagad an pinakabantog na may kapot sa korona ning paggibo ning marka sotes yaon sa Solnopan, si Nam Basyon na Corpuz kan daraga pa, na ngapit naagom nin Amaro.
An puto, an marka sotes, duwa pa sanang resepeng nagimat-an ko an sakuyang nadiskurso, kaya lamang, halawig nang oras an sakuyang uutangon sa mga parabasa.
Ma-risa mo na sana ta nagbasang nin luha an mata. An masiram na tsololateng iyan, lipotok asin may diit na gunaw.
Masiramon baga.

GoNegosyo i-Multiply Mo, Bulletin No.2: Pang-Regalo Sa Mga Barako (Gifts for Men)

GoNegosyo i-Multiply Mo, Bulletin No.1: New! Multi-Purpose Grasscutter-Harvester
| GoNegosyo i-Multiply Mo, Bulletin No. 1: New! Multi-Purpose Grasscutter-Harvester | for everyone |
I am promoting a new small machine product. It is a simple metal contraption to be attached to a motorized grass-cutter, which then converts it to double as rice harvester, and also becoming an effective cutting equipment for stalks and shrubs. That attachment consist of a tungsten carbide saw teeth blade and a curved metal sheet, forming like a half funnel that catches and controls the rice paddies from flying indiscriminately to any direction. Be sure to watch the video of harvesting demonstration. The convenience and usefulness of the equipment is very impressive. And that would be more likely how my product will function or will be put into intended use.
That kind of machine is relatively new in the agricultural machinery industry in the Philippines. It has not yet flooded the market, but no doubt, it will soon become a part of basic tools in farming in the countryside - just like the local handtractor and thresher, due to its technological simplicity and adaptability.
With due respect, I thank Kainitz Corporation for having a website featuring that particular product which lead me to use it as a ready reference. I guess, it would work both ways for both of us, this is also in a way, facilitating the introduction of Kainitz Corporation to my prospective Buyers and or Sellers.
For price and specification particulars, please let me answer you on private email

Finding The Good Books
Last Sunday (11-09-08), I entered the National Bookstore, and saw Rick Warren's best selling book "The Purpose Driven Life". I bought the Tagalog version. This makes me having all in all 3 books of "The Purpose Driven", the previous 2 I received as gifts from friends.
I lent the first book to my brother-in-law in Naga City. This time he is already showing signs of conversion because I read his testimony in his blog. The other book is entrusted to a couple friend in Nueva Ecija. Now, this third book, I intend to send to a civic organization in my hometown, where I am also a member, for them to pass among themselves. They have to write their names on the cover every time one has finished reading. Soon, when everyone is through, they have to return it to me in order for me to send them an incentive: another inspirational book to be shared on.
I also picked-up for myself the other book of Rick Warren: "The Power To Change Your Life". At the back cover, it says an introductory persuasion:
"Do you want to ...
- become a more joyful person?
- cultivate a peaceful life in this uptight world?
- be a kinder, more gracious individual?
- replace self-indulgence with self-control?
- experience what the truly "good life" is all about?"
Then scanning the first few pages inside, these lines struck me:
"When the Holy Spirit controls your life, He will produce in you nine
positive characteristics: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness,
goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control."
"Let me ask you, how many, of the people you work with or live with
exhibit these qualities? How many of the people you work with and
live with would say these qualities describe you?"
At the moment, I'm already on page 15 out of the 167 of "The Power To Change Your Life". I really have become an avid reader of Rick Warren. His writing style just sink in my brain like a sponge. He presents his ideas in vivid details and offered stories and parallelism on vantage view.
Know what?, when I got out of the National Bookstore on that Sunday afternoon with the books on my hand, I got a lite feeling. Perhaps, on the prospect of finding new from Rick Warren and the excitement that I am now ready to share the book I promised to my friends back home.
The next morning, I received small bits of good news, some difficulties passed, new obstacles arise but in manageable weight. All in all, I feel positive.

In Search of Timeless Theme
Christmas season is fast approaching, that is why I'm also in quandary thinking for an idea of what item to give this year as a matter of expressing gratitude to business associates. I'm thinking of a humble token, yet memorable.
I'm already tired of the usual corporate giveaways such as white printed shirts, caps, key-chains, umbrellas, pen and the likes. But thinking all over again, those things mentioned are really time tested, convenient and economical gifts to prepare. So I lingered on that values, thinking of just adding a twist.
Finally, I came out with the most common name in the trade of promotional giveaways - printed t-shirts. But this time, I'm going to promote my beloved hometown, Caramoan. I'd like to bank on the novelty of doing it. Expressing my social concern in promoting my hometown while proudly regaling my business associates how blessed by Mother nature, and beautiful, is the land of my origin.
Now comes the most difficult part of conceptualizing the vivid and timeless representation of Caramoan that could well blend in a piece of limited space on plain shirt.
I just have an imaginative idea but could not put them into graphic presentation. But really, the images that play on my mind are all temporary. What I really wished is to see one design after another, and later decide when I see the "it" or, what some called it, "x" factor. Reading my mind, I could see images of sea turtle, mt. caglago, old adobe church, blue marlin, beaches, and green mountains. Obviously, those are the things and places of interests in Caramoan.
I am at a loss in doing artwork by myself, so I decided to summon the expertise of some friends who knows best of the trade by heart. One is Danymous, a very generous Caramoanon based in the US, who designed magnificently the webpages of "eyeoncaramoan". A highly competitive professional in the field of digital filming or whatever hi-tech terms appropriated for it, as long as we know he flourished in that business in bountiful good richness. The other one is Eli Avellanoza, a humble guy based in Nueva Viscaya State University as a Science Research Specialist. He is a my fellow member at Central Luzon State University (CLSU) Artist Club. He is both adept at canvass and computer graphics painting. Most of his works can be viewed at Blographics (blographics.wordpress.com) and CLSU Artist Club website at http://acpfi.org.
Here are the artworks:

I will be sending these design lay-out to the printing shop to find out which one will be adaptable or feasibly printable.
I put this matter on blog to awaken some readers imaginations on how to improve or perhaps change the design into becoming more responsive, symbolic and timeless. The process of evolution will now be at work. In this case, new ideas may just spur as a matter of suggestions or making new designs all of their own.
Lastly, I put into blog, my way of expressing gratitude to Danymous and Eli, in making my humble token for the year, truly a piece of meaningful artwork.
